Hallo,
der Verkauf für die Gmeinstraße 2. Bauabschnitt in Graz Puntigam läuft ja schon eine Weile und ich wollte mal fragen, ob es hier zufällig andere Leute gibt, die sich eine Wohnung gekauft haben?

ca. 50% Wohnungen sind schon verkauft

Noch tut sich gar nichts, Baubeginn wird wohl Ende August frühestens sein

Wir haben unsere Küche im Dan Studio Hausmannstätten geplant, wenn man eine Dan will. Lutz war um einiges teurer.

Wish you good luck! I hope it would be interesting. One thing : What do you expect the hand over date will be in the end? In the first brochure they were writing "voraussichtlich Herbst " which they have now changed to "ende 2020 oder früh 2021". I hope they will not keep pushing it out
